I'm looking for hard money lender recommendations, preferably direct experience. There are so many out there it's tough to know where to start. We invest in the Northern Kentucky area. Thanks in advance!

Hi Phyllis, the best lender would depend on what you are looking to do with a property. Some specialize in rehab loans, some DSCR, and other Ground Up Construction or 5+/Commercial properties. I'd be happy to help you find the best fit for what you're looking to do.
