ARM and 30 year fixed options do exist in this space but the interest rate is higher than a traditional commercial loan with a balloon. Happy to connect

@Sherron Williams - yes, fully amortizing loans exist for 11+, as long as they meet the minimum DSCR ratio and each door is a minimum of $50k in value.
