Sponsoring Broker Partner Needed for Real Estate Investment Prop Management Expansion
Hello!
I'm a real-estate investor and owner-operator in the chicagoland area in the process of expanding my real estate holdings (focused on MFR/Buy-hold) with a small group of sophisticated investors. We have an investment thesis that also includes sophisticated, owner-centric, tech-focused, & investment grade property management for directly held investments and third party property management. I'm in the process of getting my brokers license and am looking for a sponsoring broker in Illinois to partner with for our growing business, officially launching in January of 2025.
