Out of State owner looking for a way for applicants to view property

I'm a remote investor and have a 2/2 condo in Orlando, FL that I am trying to show to potential applicants and I'm looking for a way to do this without paying a full month's rent to a RE/leasing agent. I will do the lease/background checks myself, so I just need a person to let the viewer(s) in/out. Has anyone had any luck/ideas on good ways to go about this? I've heard of TaskRabbit & Thumbtack but have not used their services before so don't know if it's easy to find trustworthy people or not? Or if there is another/better idea I'd love to hear it.

Thanks!!
