Looking for local private money or small banks in Pittsburgh

Hello,

First forum post!

I am a relatively newer investor and a wholesaler just sent me a duplex in a great neighborhood for a great price.  I am not in buying mode but this seems like a great opportunity.  Does anyone know or recommend a local private money lender or a small local bank in the Pittsburgh area that could provided quick funding?  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
