Looking for a Mentor

Hello BP! I am still fresh and looking into investing into a rental property or an STR. I would like to meet a mentor who can provide guidance based on their experience and who's done deals in the past. Please advise where should I start. Everytime I find a property I believe is a good fit I get stuck
