I’m Logan, 22 years old and fresh out of college, eager to dive into the world of rental property investing. I know that learning from those who have successfully built their real estate portfolios is the best way to get started, so I’m looking to connect with investors and property owners in Southwest Louisiana.

Are there any local meetups, networking events, or groups that I might not know about? I’d love to hear from people who started where I am now—building from the ground up and growing their rental empire over time.

If you’ve been through the journey of acquiring and managing rentals in this area (or not), I’d really appreciate any advice, stories, or even book/podcast recommendations that helped you along the way.
