Recommendations for real estate lawyer in East side of Phoenix valley (i.e. Gilbert)

We have had one long term rental for a little over a year with good results so we are wanting to branch out. Unfortunately the HOA fees have gone up twice since we owned this property and will be again in a couple months so we are doing a 1031 Exchange with that one (it is under contract). So we will be replacing that plus getting another property either in our hometown or up in Anchorage, AK (used to be hometown) for a short term rental. I have set up an LLC, but haven't really used it. I have so many questions I feel I need to chat with a lawyer, but wanted to get recommendations. The ones recommended where we live (Payson) didn't have room for new clients when I called. So I'm looking for some down the hill. Any recommendations would be great!
