Hey everyone,
My partner Rudy (U.S. citizen, based in Texas) and I (European investor) are building a portfolio of turnkey rentals under $80K in Texas. Weβve got a solid deal lined up and are trying to see if anyone here has experience or lender contacts for 100% financing using bridge loans or hard money.

Weβre looking for a lender or private investor who can help us:

Cover 100% of the purchase price (based on appraised value, not purchase price)

Offer a 6β12 month interest-only bridge or HML loan

Allow us to refinance into a DSCR loan after tenant placement, ideally based on $75K value

There are a few Lubbock based hard / private guys.
Pinnacle. Usually 2-3 points to loan and 12-13% interest.
Raider lending. A little higher.
