NC Multifamily Investor Seeking Mentorship & Key Connections in the Research Triangle

Hi BP Community,

I’m an investor with a residential multifamily in North Carolina, focused on scaling in the Research Triangle with small to mid-sized value-add deals. I’m currently building systems to operate remotely and looking to connect with experienced local investors and professionals who know the market well.

Specifically, I’m looking for:

  • Mentorship from investors familiar with the Triangle
  • Investor-friendly property managers, ideally who also invest or run their own PM companies
  • Well-connected realtors who understand investor needs and the BRRRR strategy
  • Reliable contractors who work well with out-of-state investors and understand renovation timelines
  • Tips on managing BRRRR projects remotely — what works, what to avoid

If you’re investing in the Triangle or have trusted contacts in the area, I’d really value your insight. Let’s connect and share knowledge — I’m committed to doing the work and growing the right way.
