📲 I Built a Free Rental Deal Analyzer App For You Guys — Giving Back to Community!

Hey everyone,

I've been lurking on BiggerPockets for a while — and I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for this community. The books, podcasts, and forums gave me the courage to buy my first rental in Houston back in April .

Once I got into the game, I realized how much time I was spending in spreadsheets trying to analyze deals. It was also hard to find a good, affordable way to run some simple numbers and compare properties side by side.
