Looking for investor friendly agents or brokerages

Hi everyone, I am 20 years old and looking to get into real estate, specifically, as a real estate agent with a focus on investment properties. I was hoping I could connect with some investor friendly agents or brokerages here in Houston, who could use someone young and eager to learn. Whether that’s cold calls or helping out in other ways, I’m looking to provide value however I can while getting hands on experience. I currently work in door to door sales and have some prior, but limited, experience wholesaling. I genuinely enjoy talking and forming connections with people.
