Hi, my name is Nikita. Last summer, while building two $1.8M homes in Rino (denver), I became paralyzed due to a rare, untreatable spine disease I was born with. I sold the project and focused on recovery.

Now, I’ve reinvented myself. I’ve completed two successful flips since and am ready to scale—but I can’t do it alone anymore.

I’m looking for a business partner who can provide physical help on projects. I bring:

1. Experience – 10+ years building and renovating in CO, TN & FL. I used to do 10+ flips a year.
2. Connections – Strong relationships with lenders (hard/traditional), wholesalers, and reliable contractors. Just completed a 4/3 in 5 weeks.
3. Design & Staging – I run a staging company and specialize in designing budget-friendly, high-ROI modern spaces that exceed comps.

I’m 35, easygoing, detail-oriented, and have local references and a portfolio of completed properties around town.

You’ll handle most of the physical work. I handle planning, design, and direction,—every flip is mapped out before closing so the entire team has a clear vision.
