I am looking for partner(s) to invest in and run short-term rentals in the Miami area.

This could be a good opportunity for foreign investors, as besides a cash flow and a value appreciation, this business qualifies for the US investors' E-2 visa.

I currently underwrite three deals from motivated sellers in West Palm Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, and Downtown Miami.
