Seeking private lending - have $635K equity on properties & 820 FICO

Hi there, 

I own 2 S.C. adjacent properties totaling market value of $680K. (appeals to equestrians in the Tryon/Landrum area). I owe $129K. Have a buyer from my FSBO listing, but they won't make my timing for buying the property I want in France. I will live in the French house and rent out the pool for lap swimming, which is common in France. I also have a Baltimore MD property valued at $220K & I owe $135K. It is difficult for me to find a lender who will lend on a residence that I live in (one of the SC properties) or to buy a European property.

Could someone guide me on private lenders who want to get a decent rate on a short term bridge loan to help me with the transition?  I am a small time real estate investor with a stellar track record also.
