Bird Dog Sourcing Off-Market Mobile Homes and MH Parks – FL, TX, GA, Carolinas

Hi BP Community,

I’m a bird dog actively sourcing off-market mobile home park leads across the Southeast and South-Central U.S., including:

📍 Florida, Texas, Georgia, North & South Carolina

I focus on:

Mobile homes with and with out land

  • Mom-and-pop owned parks
  • 10–100+ pads
  • Public utilities preferred
  • Light value-add or stabilized
  • Often properties that aren’t yet listed or marketed

My role is strictly lead generation — I’m not a broker or wholesaler. I connect with park owners, qualify motivation, gather basic details, and pass along the opportunity. If you close on a lead I bring you, I’m compensated via a finder’s fee at closing, terms agreed in writing up front.
