I’m looking for a digital marketing specialist with experience in real estate—specifically in selling land—to help me find qualified buyers for a lot I currently have listed:

What I’m Looking For:

• A results-driven marketer who can generate quality leads and buyer interest using digital strategies (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns, etc.)
• Experience with land sales is a big plus!
• Ability to create compelling listings and manage online ad budgets efficiently

What I Offer:

• 10% commission of the net sale price, paid upon successful closing
• Ongoing partnership: If this goes well, I plan to acquire more lots and would love to work with you long-term
• Marketing budget: I’ll provide an ad spend budget for your campaigns, in addition to your commission
