Remote Owner with Baltimore Property looking for a PM

Dear all, 

I am new here! Reason why I ended up here is quite simple: I am looking for a Property Manager for my property in Baltimore (21215). Issue is, I cannot use the "property manager search" of BiggerPockets because it is requiring you to have US phone number! and I live abroad (in Europe) it makes everything more complicated! Besides lacking a good network in Baltimore, I also suffer from not being able to give a call to anyone! so, I would appreciate if you can refer me some PMs in Baltimore for my property, it is a single house currently vacant and waiting for its new PM to be rented! I am interested to have a long term tenant as it is already difficult to do everything remotely! Thanks in advance! Ilgin
