I’m currently seeking a reliable and experienced property manager for a small multifamily in Birmingham, AL. Ideally looking for someone who:

• - Has experience managing B & C class assets,

• - Is responsive and communicates well with both owners and tenants,

• - Understands Section 8 procedures,

• - Can handle leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent collection.
