Little experience & planning to become an investor

Damu Montgomery
Posted

Hello everyone, I'm Damu. I’ve been working for my landlord for 3 years now, I have developed knowledge & skill in managing 5 out of 10 of his properties, handling bookkeeping, property management  and performing basic maintenance at the age of 20. also been wholesaling for three years, I am now looking to purchase three rental deals that I am currently evaluating and have under contract. The sellers are open to seller financing, and I am seeking a private money lender to assist with down payments. Due to my less-than-ideal FICO score, I am motivated to negotiate terms with potential lenders and demonstrate my capability to generate returns on their investment. Thank you for taking time out to read & assist me

So, you're looking for 100% financing - someone to loan you the down payment and the seller to finance the rest?

EXTREMELY HIGH RISK!
- Anything goes wrong, you walk away unharmed:(

Why haven't you fixed your FICO in the 3 years you've been working in the industry?

May be more prudent of you to try to wholesale one of these "deals", to generate some cash to address your credit issues:)
