I’m an out-of-state investor (aerospace professional based remotely) closing on a rental property in Glenville (Cleveland, OH 44108). I’m looking for a reliable, trustworthy handyman who’s comfortable helping with:

• Lock installation (smart keypad locks)
• Holding/handling keys (for future tenant handoffs)
• Occasional tenant access (inspections, lockouts, minor maintenance)
• Light repairs (doors, fixtures, batteries, basic turn/maintenance)
