Hiring NC Broker-in-Charge (BIC) | Property Management Company Seeking Legal Lead

Curt Devenitch
Posted

My wife and I are building a vacation rental property management company in southeast, North Carolina. The business side is already in motion (structure, systems, and revenue plans). Now I need the licensed piece to make it real. I’m looking for a BIC-eligible NC real estate broker who is not currently designated as a Broker-in-Charge to serve as the legal backbone of the firm.

You’d act as BIC and help keep the company compliant. We run the day-to-day operations, marketing, management, and client relations. This role is a strategic, compensated role (we’re thinking a flat monthly rate for now) with minimal work (~1 hour per month). Think approving prepared invoices and making price changes prepared by a revenue manager.

Requirements

  • - Full NC Broker license (non-provisional)
  • - BIC course completed (or willing to complete within 120 days)
  • - Not currently serving as a BIC elsewhere
  • - Clean record, professional demeanor, and willing to collaborate
  • - Property management experience is a plus but not required

This is a long-term opportunity to be part of something built to scale. Think of it as being a key partner. If you’re interested please reach out.
