If you're in property management or ownership, then you know turnover kills margins.

Even with solid screening—credit, income, background— those don't tell me how long someone is likely to stay for.

That’s a problem I keep running into as a property manager and owner. So I decided to make a tool that would tell me how long someone is likely to stay. That exploration turned into TenantIQ, a tool that uses data from tenant applications to forecast tenancy duration. It’s not about replacing traditional screening—it's about adding another layer of insight for people who care about long-term stability.
