Hi, I’m looking for recommendations for a lawyer who can review a rental agreement I drafted for a short term rental in Texas. I know I Soren wed one but I prefer to have one. Thanks !

Hi Kwanza, I see you’re based in California, but since the rental agreement is for a property in Texas, I’d strongly recommend working with a lawyer who is specifically familiar with Texas law. Real estate laws can vary significantly from state to state, and having someone well-versed in Texas regulations will help ensure everything is compliant and enforceable. Best of luck!
