Hi everyone, I wanted to get some feedback on a property I have in Houston Heights  it’s a triplex (6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms) in prime location. 2 of the units are currently rented long-term at $2,000 and $2,275. The property is in great condition freshly painted, roof replaced 6 months ago, AC  Units are great and no repairs needed. Asking price is $1.39M, but we’re open to negotiating a solid offer.
