Hi all,

I'm working with an investor in Phoenix who's actively looking for opportunities that aren't on the MLS. We're especially interested in properties that might be outdated, inherited, or in need of some work.

We’re comfortable taking on projects that range from cosmetic updates to full rehabs. Some of the situations we look for include:

  • Homes that need repairs or updating

  • Sellers who value a quick and simple transaction over maximizing price

  • Properties that may not appeal to traditional buyers
