Looking for private lender or investor, better if it’s in Las Vegas area

Hello, I have a condo in Las Vegas I own outright it’s fully paid off. The property’s value is around $180,000-200,000.

I'm looking for a loan of $120,000 to make an investment, since I don’t have good credit I’m looking for an private investor or lender.

The length of the loan would be 18-24 months  I’m using my property as a collateral if I don’t pay back you get my property plus the interests I’m going to pay you, my property would be a collateral it’s free and clear of any liens, mortgages or encumbrances.

The property right now is renter occupied and they are paying $1600 every month on time, their lease ends January 2026.

I will be happy to provide any other information, any help is greatly appreciated.
