Airbnb condo buy - hoboken or Weehawken : looking for real estate agent

Hi 

I am looking for a real estate agent in the Hoboken or Weehawken area. I want to buy a condo (for cost segregation purposes) and launch Airbnb in that area. It will be an out-of-state investment. I really want to do Airbnb in that area. Please help me!!!
