Are there any fix and flipers looking for a property scout, or looking for lenders?

I'm also open to work with lenders who are looking for investors to lend to. All offers, advice and ideas are welcome.

There are always someone in your market looking for a bird dog, reach out to local flippers. Ways to find them, meet ups, meeting agents working with investors only in your market, meeting title reps that do title for investors in the area, meeting escrow officers that work with a lot of investors, check title reports on who is flipping in the area and calling them, stopping by a flipped house that is currently being worked on to get the rehabbers number, and sometimes running into them at a local Home Depot early in the morning (might have a branded truck, shirt etc.).
