Are you a  real estate professional with the drive to manage deals, market properties, and keep a growing real estate business running smoothly?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Executive Assistant to support both a top-producing real estate broker and an active real estate investor.

💼 Key Responsibilities

🏠 Broker Support
  • Cold Calling & Lead Follow-Up: Contact homeowners, sellers, and buyers; nurture leads with professionalism and warmth.

  • CRM Management: Maintain organized records of clients, leads, and transactions; ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

  • Marketing & Branding: Create and manage listing promotions, postcards, email campaigns, and social media posts that get results.

  • Transaction Coordination: Prepare paperwork, schedule showings, and help ensure every deal closes on time.

💰 Investor Operations
  • Acquisitions: Research properties, contact potential sellers, analyze deals, and assist with offer preparation.

  • Dispositions: Coordinate listings, buyer communications, and closing logistics for investment properties.

  • Transaction Management: Oversee the flow of documents and deadlines from contract to close.

  • Custom Projects: Support property marketing, renovation coordination, and deal analysis as needed.

⚙️ Qualifications

  • Active New Hampshire Real Estate License (required)

  • 🧠 Organized, efficient, and excellent at multitasking

  • 💬 Strong communication and phone skills

  • 💻 Tech-savvy (CRM systems, Google Workspace, Canva, MLS, etc.)

  • 💡 Previous experience in real estate admin, marketing, or investment is a plus
