Looking for a Fix & Flip Mentor in Connecticut (CT)

I’m looking for a mentor who can help guide me through fix-and-flip projects around the Connecticut area. I’m willing to be your boots on the ground — helping with site visits, project management, or anything hands-on to learn the ropes.

I’ve already purchased and rehabbed two properties in CT on my own, so I do have some practical experience. But I’d really value learning from someone who’s been through more deals and can help me sharpen my strategy, avoid common pitfalls, and build a solid foundation for long-term success.

This isn’t just about learning for me — I’m also trying to stabilize my financial situation and pay down some debt through smart investing. I’m not looking for a paid “coaching program” that shares half the knowledge for a fee — just genuine mentorship, collaboration, and real-world guidance.
