Looking for a Mentor or Partner in Tucson to Build My First Home Project

Hey everyone,

I’m new to real estate investing and looking to take action by building my first home here in Tucson. I have strong motivation to learn and some equity I can use to help fund a project, but I’d really like to connect with someone who has experience in construction, development, or flipping homes.

My goal is to start small, learn hands-on, and build a long-term partnership or mentorship with the right person. I’m willing to contribute time, effort, and whatever it takes to gain real experience and make the project succeed.
