Student housing DSCR lender in PA

Hi all, I'm interested in finding a lender that will lend for off campus housing around colleges and universities. I have a specific deal in mind at the moment near Williamsport, PA, but a couple of lenders I've spoken to do not operate in the student housing. Ideally, looking for DSCR lending based on the property if possible. Thanks all! Best, Mike
