Lines of credit on a commercial rental building
I have a commercial building (fully equipped Auto body shop, long term tennant , turn key.) Looking for any recommendations on any lenders that do lines of credit on a property like this. I owe nothing on the property. My goal is to have a line of credit to be able to have capital for flips and BRRR's to grow my portfolio faster but to have funds readily accessible for the right deals.
