Seeking off market Florida properties
Hello all,
I am seeking properties that are NOT on the MLS in Florida, preferably in Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach county. Properties can be SFHs, MFHs, or commercial. Buyers can close in as little as 10 days, all cash. Will consider homes that need some cosmetic updates but none that require a complete rehab. Let me know if you or anyone you know has anything. Ideally would like to purchase a portfolio of 10+ homes from a single source.
