Looking for long term (3 yr) rental or LP in rural area N of Liberty, MO to S Cameron, MO

Needs work, no problem. 3/1-1.5 or 2, outbuilding and/or garage, 1/2 acre or more!

Would buy materials & do all repairs needed/rent nego OR rent/lease to $600/mo

URGENT...NEED ASAP!
