How to raise neighborhood rents? CONTROL IT WITH A MONOPOLY!
The Holton-Wise Property Group is aggressively targeting certain areas and neighborhoods.
If one company creates a monopoly on a given area they have a unique opportunity to dictate market conditions and rental rates of that neighborhood. Below you will see photos of a particular strip of apartment buildings in the heart of our neighborhood.
There are a several longtime landlords who have kept rents lower than they should be and are now ready to sell.
It is our goal to take over this entire strip of apartment buildings. The buildings range from 6-20 unit buildings. The majority being 6 units.
Between all of the buildings there is a couple hundred rental units.
