Cash out Refinance
Looking to get some cash out of existing properties and potentially cross collateralize the equity into an additional purchase or simply take the cash out and use that as a down payment on a separate loan.
Existing properties I want to refi:
* SFR, 3 bed, 1.5 bath brick ranch, A neighborhood in Cleveland suburb. Value: 150k, existing loan: 91k. Currently renting for 1350
* Duplex, 4 bed, 2 bath, B neighborhood in Cleveland suburb. Value: 140k, existing loan 67k. One unit renting for 700, other vacant on market for 800.
Property looking to purchase:
8-unit brick apartment in B neighborhood. Eight 1 bed, 1 bath units. Property under contract for 185k. All units rented for 475/month
