Sales Associates play a crucial role in our success as they are constantly meeting with investors and building fast relationships while consistently closing deals.

As a Sales Associate, a typical day might include the following:

✶ Making outbound calls to potential investors and setting in-office meetings to better understand their long term investment goals

✶ Meeting with contractors to gain a better understanding of the construction background to enhance their knowledge on single family rehabs

✶ Presenting and selling company acquired properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions for their investment strategies

✶ Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
