FYI:

It appears you are brokering real estate in Florida. To do that, you must have either an ownership interest or be licensed as a sales agent or broker in the state. Operating outside of these parameters is brokering without a license which is a 3rd degree felony in florida.

This is from your profile: "I'm an independent business owner who acquires monthly, FSBO contracts or listings across the United States". In other states this may be legal but not in Florida. I checked the State of Florida website and it does not reflect you are licensed to operate in this state.
