Seeking Builder/Contractor for JV Partner in Atlanta
I am a new investor in Atlanta (However, I have 15 years experience in real estate investing). I am seeking a joint-venture with a builder/contractor to remodel, fix, and flip single-family residential homes. I am primarily doing fix and flip projects Inside the Perimeter. In addition, I am buying lots/tear down homes to do modern new construction. I am looking to partner with a local builder and/or contractor. My role would be sourcing new projects, analyzing the deals for financial feasibility, raising funds for new projects and pre-marketing/home sales.
