SoCal Contractor/Realtor needs Investor!
I have 35 years experience in construction and real estate. I have flipped 151 properties in the last 5 years and my primary investor has retired, gone traveling, and I need an investor that wants generous returns on Orange County flips. Straight forward deals, no pie in the sky creative non sense. My commissions go into the deal split and I don't charge for project management of the renovations!
