Hi All,

I was hoping to get a few contractor referrals for the Memphis, TN marketplace.  I'll be conducting due diligence on a smaller multi-family (16-units) and would love to get a few professional opinions in regards to rehab and budget.  Thanks for the help!

    Who's going to be managing the property after you purchase it?  My guess is that the property manager would have several good contractor referrals for you.
