Our previous plan was to to develop 138 units on one site. However, we found 1-4 unit developments an easier way to finance development our retirement communities, as each complex can be financed as any single family home. Thus, the attached would represent over 34 scattered site 4-plex units, with some multi units in single site service enriched communities.  We propose your co- ownership of the company for passive income.

Conversions are to be completed one unit at a time. Ground level frail elderly and disable with market level Rentals in up-stair units. Ground level service unit conversions on sites with 3 or more buildings is now plan.

Average 4-plex value is from $125,000 to $180,000.
