Hello,   I  am very  interested in Multi-family properties in especially in Gwinnett.  I am a new investor that hasnt made the leap of property ownership just yet because I havent been able to connect to anyone that I can work under to gain some knowledge from.    Although I do not have a million dollars, we all have to start somewhere right?   I have about 100k to invest at the  moment.  Keep me in mind if anything comes by you within my price range and I would be willing to work wit others as well.
