Hard Money Lender in Philadelphia Needed
I am seeking a hard money lender or private investor to help finance a single-family flip in Philadelphia, Pa. I am actively analyzing deals, but some of the sellers require proof of funds before making an offer. Currently I am planning to offer $50K on a property (3bd, 1 bath) that is listed at $69.9K, with an ARV of $137K-$140K (based on recent comps).
