Bitcoin and Real Estate - Buy Bitcoin link - credit cards atm ok

 Coinbase.com

Largest US based bitcoin exchange link.

All the talk about bitcoin lately, the link above is a safe place to start.

It looks like there are bitcoin lenders out there now as well. Rates 12% to 20% and could lend on 50% of btc value. This is what read recently and have not used it.

I am still learning myself and looking to share info, links, real estate applications like rentberry ad that I saw on BP etc. How do you think Bitcoin could effect REI?

I personally would not buy much yet to start and or just open $100 in Bitcoin to gain future access easily.

Today's price below and good luck!

I do have a coinbase account . I had looked into bitcoin years ago and even opened a coinbase account but never bought any . Big mistake of course . I think it was maybe $500 back then .

I started looking crypto again more recently .

Noticed that coinbase limits to $100 per week I believe if you use a credit card .

I was surprised that it takes so long to fund from a bank account . I believe like 7 days or so . Limit was $2000 . I believe limits go up if you continue to buy .

With coinbase you can also transfer the money into a "US Dollar" wallet and then once you have the money in that account you can buy instantly . Similar to having money in your PayPal account .

Also I didn't realize this but coinbase also owns GDAX which is another exchange and the fees are much lower . Login credentials are the same .

I've been looking at ICOS, there seems to be good opportunity in some but many are likely scams .
There are like 1300 ICOs now or something crazy

To invest in the ICOs you generally have to buy Ethereum ( ETH) first and then use that to buy into the ICOs.

It's a little complicated and not too user friendly really buying into the ICOS . Buying straight Bitcoin or Ethereum on coinbase is pretty straightforward though .

I did look into rentberry a bit seemed interesting .

I noticed there are some other real estate related ICOs but can't think of the names off the top of my head .
