Prefers Chicago brick bungalow to gut and do a second story addition but open to other possibilities.  Looking for 3,000+ sq foot potential including the basement so the main floor would need to be 1,000 sq feet with the potential for a full second story.  Preference given to basements with 7 feet ceilings.
