Looking for equity based private lender

I have a local Equity based PML but he is out for the rest of the year due to family medical problems. I am in need of finding another equity based PML  There has to be someone else out there like my guy with amazing terms. His terms are equity based no credit, and no income verification. Takes first position. 100% purchase and repairs. 10% interest only payments or a profit split. No up front cost or fees or points at all. Very simple he funds I buy and fix and then flip and then he makes money at the end. Does anyone know of other equity based PML that lend in Az? I have a deal now that is in contract that I would like to do the renovations on or I will wholesale it out if I can't find a true equity based PML.
