Looking for Private lender (not broker)

Hello BP,

I am looking for a private lender or individual who would be interested in lender for 3 to 5 months at an annual rate of 12%. I am seeking 190k and can put the investor in 1st lien position. Please let me know if you would be interested in talking. Thanks.
